Founder & Director
Simon started his career in software development for the UK and US Space industry. After a number of years of managing teams and projects, he migrated to his second career in a global IT services company where he was a Change Manager, responsible for the 'people side of things'. Simon's third career was in HR and Learning & Development, in a global financial services company.
In 2006 he decided to establish Balanced Perspectives and his fourth career was born.
And if you decide to 'follow' him on Twitter you will know that he is a husband, father, enthusiastic about anything or anyone at the 'top of their game', and an attachment theory 'evangelist'.
