Balanced Perspectives Limited was established in 2006 by Simon Whitehouse.
Backed by experience in retail, technology, financial services, project management,
and all aspects of HR, he brings innovative thinking with a preference for challenging experiential learning.
Simon's career has taken
a number of turns and demonstrates that people really
can change and that it sometimes takes time to realise our talents and strengths. Simon’s style is to be open, creative,
encouraging and yet challenging.
We have a range of Associates who complement and supplement the skills
and experience provided by Simon. We also partner with a number of organisations who provide
both similar and complimentary services provided by Balanced Perspectives Limited. This gives us the ability to provide
a range of services and gives you confidence that we have strength in depth.
